ReadbackAI End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Ryan Jarmer, doing business as 34 Echo Strategies ("Licensor"), for use of the ReadbackAI mobile application ("App").
License Grant
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code unless applicable law permits it.
Educational Disclaimer
The App is an educational training aid only. It is not an FAA-endorsed, FAA-certified, or Part 141 ground school. Content may include AI-generated material that could contain errors. You are responsible for verifying all information with current FAA publications and qualified instructors before relying on it for flight operations.
Subscriptions
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Payment is processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under this EULA shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
