ReadbackAI is an educational aviation study tool. It is a training aid and not an FAA-endorsed or FAA-certified ground school provider.

Information We Collect

Account data: email, display name, authentication metadata
Learning data: certificate progress, quiz/oral attempts, usage counters
Operational data: API metadata, diagnostics, security logs

How We Use Information

Provide and secure accounts
Deliver study features and save progress
Enforce free-tier/subscription limits
Monitor reliability, abuse, and service safety

AI Processing Disclosure

Some study responses and oral drill feedback are generated with AI (Claude by Anthropic). AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. Verify critical information with official FAA publications and qualified instructors.

Data Rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information.

Retention

Active account data is retained while the account remains active. If you delete your account in the app, account profile, study progress, authentication methods, and session data tied to that account are deleted when the request completes. Limited operational or security records may be retained only where required by law or for security and abuse-prevention obligations.
