Account Deletion

You may delete your account in the app from Settings > Delete Account. When the request completes, account profile, study data, linked authentication methods, and active sessions tied to that account are deleted. Limited operational or security records may be retained only where required by law or for abuse-prevention obligations.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
